A successful person is molded with quality education. Education plays a vital role for success. A person with a good education is most likely to get a nice job compared to a person who is uneducated or who failed to complete his education.

So how can a person get quality education? It all starts with selecting the best school. Parents play a vital role in selecting the school for their children. They need to be very particular in choosing the best school for their children. A good foundation for education starts as early as the pre school years. A child who is enrolled at a very good pre school is able to read and write way ahead of children of the same age.

As a child enters primary education, it is good for parents to choose a school that offers a base zero grading system. Base zero meaning the passing rate for a 100 items test is 75. There are schools that offer a grading system that is lower than base zero but this does not give the child a good training ground in school to prepare them for college.

Moving on to their secondary education, a child must also be encouraged to join in extra curricular activities. It is good to have the child learn the balance between studies and activities. It would be unhealthy if the child is solely focused on studies and has the tendency to alienate themselves from people.

College is the most critical period in a person's education. Choosing a course means choosing a career path too. Parents must never impose to their children the course that they want for them to take up. Most students fail in college because they don't like or they are not interested with the courses that they are studying. Freedom must be given to them as young adults to choose their career path basing on their interests and on the fields that they excel in.

Some people would say its ok even if you don't get a diploma because you would be able to get a job anyway. This must not be our attitude. Yes it's true a person who is uneducated can still get a job but it is way too different compared to a person who has a degree and is able to get a good paying job. They get to have the higher positions in the corporate world and they get a very good pay thus giving them security for their future.
