Home and Garden

A home or a house is not just a place for dwelling. It is a place where a person feels secure and can be themselves. It is a place where you can do anything you want to do and dress up with anything you want to wear and nobody would mind you except for the people who live with you.

Some people are fortunate that they are able to plan or design their own homes while others have no choice but rent or purchase a house that is already constructed. I would prefer having the option to design my own house. People have certain beliefs in constructing their houses from the day they start building it to the placement of the rooms, to the positioning of the appliances and even the right day to transfer into the house. This is commonly called feng shui.

A nice home always comes with a beautiful garden. No matter how big or small the structure of the house is, a garden adorned with beautiful flowers and green grass will make it look more cozy and beautiful.

A dream home for me would be one that is built away from the busy streets of the city. One that is far from polluted areas and where I can relax when I need to. I want to hear birds chirping and smell fresh air early in the morning as I rise from sleep, and to see beautiful and colorful flowers in my garden. A home for me would not be complete without a garden.

Just imagine having a home where there is no lawn. No grass for little children to play in. No beautiful flowers that adore it and of course no chance to see beautiful butterflies flying around those sweet flowers.

I would not call it a home if I cannot relax in it, I do not feel secure, and I am limited with the things that I can do in it and of course if it does not have a beautiful garden to go with it. Even if it does not have a garden but it has flowers planted in flower pots, I would not be satisfied with that. It is quite different if the flowers are grown not in the flower pots but in the soil.
