Ringing Ear is Annoying

I wanted to give you a heads up on the status of my annoying ringing ear problem. I happy to tell you that the ringing in my ears has reduced remarkably over the past 8 weeks. I am simply amazed as I have lived with a ringing ear for many years now!

Hello Ron,

Ron take care of your ears - do not expose yourself to unnecessary loud music or loud noise. The inner ear structures are extremely delicate and sensitive therefore damage can happen quite easily. Be careful not to stick things in your ears - the saying is " anything smaller than one's elbow" should not be put into the ears - in other words it is best not to put anything into the ears.

When I look around me everyday I see future tinnitus sufferers - everyone is listening to their loud music and I hate to think at what volume they are listening to their music - do not overdo the volume!! Because you will regret it in later life!

Tinnitus is a horrific ailment and many people suffer very badly from constant ringing ears. As you are such a young man please rather be careful as prevention is better than cure!

I would imagine that you will be fine - however should the ringing in the ears continue then do not hesitate to contact me as I will be able to help you.

Remember what I said take care of your ears and your general health - we are all only given one body and if you look after yourself from this age - you can live a long healthy active lifestyle.

Now that you have manged to reduce the annoying and bebilitating ringing ear noises it is crucial that you takes steps to prevent further damage to those delicate inner ear organs.
