I was exposed to a very loud feedback noise about 6 months ago from a newly purchased music amplifier to be used for live music gigs. Yes - from the information and detail that you have given me there is no doubt that the exposure to loud noise has caused damage to the tiny hairs on the nerve endings of the cochlea and this normally triggers the noise which is tinnitus.
