Hello Ron,
Ron take care of your ears - do not expose yourself to unnecessary loud music or loud noise. The inner ear structures are extremely delicate and sensitive therefore damage can happen quite easily. Be careful not to stick things in your ears - the saying is " anything smaller than one's elbow" should not be put into the ears - in other words it is best not to put anything into the ears.
When I look around me everyday I see future tinnitus sufferers - everyone is listening to their Ioud music and I hate to think at what volume they are listening to their music - do not overdo the volume!! Because you will regret it in later life!
Tinnitus is a horrific ailment and many people suffer very badly from this constant ringing/noise in the ears. As you are such a young man please rather be careful as prevention is better than cure!
