The Cochlea Damage For Noise Induced Tinnitus Remedy(Type 4 Tinnitus) , Is One Of Our Original Remedies And Is Certainly Our Most Successful Tinnitus Treatment Remedy.A Tinnitus Frequently Asked Question: Wax in my right ear.
Joseph Asked :
I had a build-up of wax in my right ear, and saw a doctor for removal. It was the first time I visited this General Practioner. He had his nurse perform an irrigation. It was brutal. I think she applied to much pressure, resulting in trauma to the ear drum.
The doctor saw me when she had finished, and said there was some blood laying down near the bottom of the eardrum, so he could not see if a tear had occurred. The rest of the eardrum looked fine. He gave a prescription for Floxin, drops, to be sure about infection not setting in and set up a follow-up visit for Oct. 17. This wasnow Oct.6, 2005. I left that moring not hearing well at all, and as the day progressed, the pain and noise got pretty unbearable.
I went back to his office late afternoon and insisted he had to see me. He looked again, and said the same thin, he could not see the whole ear drum because of the dried blood at the bottom. He said he did not think there was a perf or hole. On Sat. nite the noise was becoming maddening and called his service. He called back and asked what it felt like. The best analogy I could give was a television being on and the channel went off the air and all you hear isthat static snowy sound, but the volume was on high.
He asked what i was taking, and I told him the Floxin drops, Aleve. He said for me to come in to his office first thing Mon. morning. Did so. In the meantime still the noise, and hardly any hearing in that ear. He looked again, and GoodNews, the blood had already dissipated and now he could see the whole drum and there was no tear. When I asked why then does it still feel like the ear was plugged, and the noise so prevalent he said it would probably take a few days.
Whats a few days, and what will it be? All of a sudden the noise will disappear, and the hearing totally restored. As I am writing this the noise is there, and the ear seems plugged like it did when the wax was in there. I was glad to hear there was no perf or tear or hole. He said the eardrum was swollen from the trauma. I need time frames and what to expect.
Our Response:
Dear Joseph,
The inner ear structures are extremely delicate and sensitive therefore damage can happen quite easily. This is cochlea damage and results in the noise/ringing in the ears which is tinnitus.
There is no doubt in my mind that your tinnitus is probably a result of the Ear irrigation - in fact this happens quite often!
The noise you describve as being like a Television being on and the channel going off air - high static pitch is typical of cochlea damage induced tinnitus.
Joseph, I do not want to frighten you or cause you unnecessary concern but I will be very surprised if this noise which is tinnitus disappears when the ear drum is no longer swollen - I do stand to be corrected but in my experience the tinnitus will not disappear. In fact tinnitus normally only tends to increase in intensity as time goes by.
I would suggest that you order our Type 4 Tinnitus Remedy and be advised that you will will need at least a 12 weeks supply of this tinnitus treatment remedy. This is because of the length of time you have had tinnitus.
This remedy has achieved remarkable success at relieving tinnitus caused from:
1)Exposure To Noise.
2)Head Or Dental surgery.
3)A Blow To The Head.
