You have not really given me enough information to make a recommendation as to what your tinnitus type is. I would need to know what tinnitus sounds are you hearing, do you have hearing loss, have you been exposed to loud noise, have you been exposed to stress.

When a sound gets discerned by the ears and these minute hairs start moving, signals go streaking through the auditory nerve which your brain interprets as sound.
The agitation of the hairs in the cochlea can be likened to a field of grass rippling in time with the wind.
The cilia in the inner ear are easily broken from the pressures generated by sudden bursts of sounds. Obviously those that are unfortunate enough to work in a noisy place or visit loud pubs over a period of time will suffer more damage.
The cochlea and its delicate structures are also easily damaged by a severe blow to the head If damage happens and those tiny hairs are broken or bent they can send random signals to the brain which are interpreted as a sound even though none is present.
Tinnitus from noise (cochlea damage tinnitus) is also often caused by scuba diving accidents, swimming incidents, removals of ear wax etc.
Hearing loss is not reversible but our cochlear damage remedies have successfully lowered the ear ringing levels of many thousands of tinnitus sufferers.
