I desperately need your help, I am suffering from this ringing in the ears - sometimes it feels as if it is in the head and not the actual ears. The noise is very low most of the time, however it becomes increasingly loud and intense at certain times of the year.Could this be possible?With the beginning of spring numerous varieties of pollen drift about in all directions. This causes my eyes to water and burn, and my nose to itch and run as well. Last Wednesday I began taking AllerX, an antihistamine, to relieve the symptoms. These reactions to the season seem to last until around mid-April.

I thank you for your email, as well as your interest in our range of T-Gone remedies.Your body is obviously very sensitive to the seasons, specifically the beginning of Spring - due to the different pollens in the air etc.The watery and burning eyes, nose running and itchiness. I myself have had a lot of these same kind of allergies, in the past.What you are experiencing is Allergy induced tinnitus - which we refer to as type 3. The seasonal changes are causing your problem and as these allergies are treated with antihistamines, this eventually leads to allergy induced tinnitus.Let me explain - each person's cells produces mucus - it is very necessary to the well functioning of the body. However in your case the seasonal changes that cause the allergies, are in fact causing your body cells to produce more mucus than is necessary. You therefore have an overload of mucus, in addition these allergies are normally treated with anti-histamines, which in turn dry everything up - but ultimately only serves to compound the problem.
