My tinnitus started about 1990 after I had a bad dose of flu and was treated with antibiotics. I was referred to an ENT specialist but he said there was nothing I could do about it. I have suffered from Sinus problems since my daughter was born in 1975, mainly post nasal drip. It wasn't so bad in the warm weather, but as soon asthe cooler weather came I had to be careful about consuming dairy products. If I had any, I would get a headache which lasted for several days and it would only be relieved by taking a painkiller/pseudoephedrine combination tablet. I realised that I had some sort of allergy to dairy products and avoided them.
The Tinnitus didn't bother me over the years, but over the last 6 months it has increased to the extent that it annoys me. I get pretty stressed out at times and I was beset with terrible anxiety about it and of course it got worse! Iam not the best sleeper anyway, but it keeps me awake. Recently the doctor told me I had a lot of wax in my right ear and recommended some drops to remove it. They were terrible - I was deaf for the whole day after I used them but it gradully went away. Is it possible for the problem to be excess wax? I was also concern I might have suffered Cochlear damage at some time as I used to listen to loud music when I was young, and wondered whether that combined with the bad flu infection did some damage.

I thank you for your e-mail and please know that the type 3 remedy for sinuses/allergies as well as that of the type 4 remedy for cochlea damage would be the better suited remedies for the tinnitus that you are suffering from. The remedies are supplied in a lactose (sugar of milk) base which is dissolved under the tongue. Apart from an injection, this is the quickest method of getting a substance into the bloodstream. They can also be supplied in a fructose (sugar of fruit base) for those who are lactose / dairy product intolerant.
