I see from your email that you have been taking medication to treat the sinus but obviously still need some help...It's very common for people who have sinus problems to sometimes experience tinnitis symptoms. This is because the mucous builds up and eventually blocks the inner ear canal which causes pressure and may induce the ringing in the ear symptoms. After long periods of being on antibiotics or antihistamines to control the sinus problems tinnitis is often heard. It is the antibiotics and antihistamines that cause the mucous in the middle ear to become too thick and viscous to easily drain clear through the very small Eustachian tubes. Due to the Eustachian tubes being very small this extra build up of mucous in the middle ear canal will start causing problems and maybe even tinnitus.
