What caused my tinnitus?
I am not exactly sure but my [tag-self]tinnitus[/tag-self] could have been caused by any of the following:
• nerve damage
• loud noise
• mild case of TMJ
• stress
• middle ear damage
I have had the wooshing in my left year for a year or so and the high-pitched ringing just started in my right ear. I am reluctant to take pills because of the possible side effects and stress on the organs such as liver etc.
However, I am desperate for a cure or at least a reduction in this horrible noise.
