What is the cause of my tinnitus?

I have a hissing in the right ear and sometimes a high pitched hum as well as hearing loss. I have also now noticed a hum in the left ear as well although not as bad as the right.
I’m not sure of the main reason I have tinnitus as
a) I play drums in a few bands and at Church.
b) i have suffered anxiety and panic attacks as well as feeling depressed, and am now on anti depressants.
c) i have felt pressure on my ear drums on and off over the last 3 odd years.

I have just had an MRI scan which the ENT specialist says shows the nerves to look normal and just said i had to live with the noise as it is most likely bone orientated?..

ie he doesnt know!!!

Steve

Many tinnitus sufferers have quickly reduced their tinnitus levels by taking 2 of our most popular but more importantly, successful tinnitus treatments in combination.

The tinnitus from exposure to noise and the stress tinnitus combination of ear ringing relief remedies are unmistakably a very potent ear ringing relief system where the causes of your tinnitus could well be noise related cochlea damage tinnitis as well as stress.

This combination of tinnitus formulas has helped many who have been exposed to noise as well as primary stress such as all those who work in the music industry or military people.

You seem to fit into that category Steve.

Here is some additional info on the two tinnitus types.

Noise induced tinnitus

Most folk don’t know that there are millions of dainty nerve cells deep inside the ear that get influenced by the enormous pressures of waves of sound.

As a noise is noticed by your ears and the cilia (little hairs) wave around, signals are discharged through the auditory nerve that your brain picks up and tells you you’ve just heard a sound.

When this excitation then causes movement of those microscopic hairs, which is similar a field of wheat on a farm moving in concert with the breeze.

All of those tiny hairs and these minute nerve cells are easy to damage when you expose yourself to loud noise. The cochlear damage is all the more worse if you listen to your mp3 player at loud volumes for long periods of time.

These sensitive organs can also be damaged from a severe blow to the head. One’s tiny hairs often get bent out of shape or even break and then randomly send electrical impulses straight to the brain which is interpreted as a sound, although there is no sound present.

Cochlear damage [tag]tinnitus[/tag] resulting in to a chirping in the ears can also be caused by earwax treatments gone wrong, hopi ear candling, swimming pool accidents, playing sports, surgery to the head and can also be caused by middle ear infections.

Loss of hearing is definitely irreparable but our tinnitus remedies have been very successful at dramatically and permanently lowering the ear ringing levels from a damaged cohlea.

Stress Tinnitus

Stress, trauma and despondency are often the causes of [tag]ear ringing[/tag].

The hypothalamus and related structures in the brain, such as the pons, the pituitary fossa, the basal cisterns, the corpus callosum, the brain stem have a role to play with regard to this type of tinnitus.

The hypothalamus is a primitive section of the brain that can be found immediately below the third ventricle. The [tag]hypothalamus[/tag] administers many vital bodily functions, including the pituitary gland, which in turn has to look after the endocrine organs, and the autonomic nervous system.

The hypothalamus, and some other parts of the brain under the control of the hypothalamus, are primarily responsible for the production of essential nutrients that are critical for normal functioning of the body.

The hypothalamus is severely influenced by secondary shock, depression, and long continued stress. If you are subjected to stress over a long time period those basic chemical compounds are not being produced as normal and a hissing in the ears is the result.

The normal sounds experienced with stress related tinnitus are ear piercing ear ringing, frictional rustling, whooshing, and roaring waterfall like sounds

Our stress tinnitus medication works by invigorating the Hypothalmus to once again start producing those important nutrients your body needs to function correctly . As the chemicals slowly start entering your system the a ringing in the ears symptoms will just slowly fade away.
