Tinnitus Remedies Instructions

I am going to publish this question on our blog just so others can also get the benefit of my reply.
It is always best to take medications after meals so generally I would recommend that you take the capsules after eating in the morning and after dinner in the evening.
Here are my suggestions:
1. Stress Relief Formula
Take 2 capsules daily – meaning take 2 capsules at the same time or different time? any preferred time? in the morning? before meal? after meal? at night? before go to bed?
Seeing as how these are to help you manage stress and anger I would recommend that you take these in the morning although if you preferred you could take one in the morning and one in the evening.
2. Tinnitus & Immune Booster Formula
Take 2 capsules in the morning – meaning before breakfast or after?
Take 2 capsules in the evening – meaning before dinner or after or before go to bed?
You should take the clear capsules after breakfast and the red capsules about an hour before retiring at night night.
3. Homeopathic Tinnitus Remedies
2 tablets twice a day approximately after meals – meaning lunch and dinner or breakfast and dinner?
These should simply be taken after meals, both in the morning and the evening.
