Tinnitus From Stress and Traumatic Events

By John On November 11, 2007 Under Tinnitus Articles, Tinnitus Questions

Hi John,

Thanks again for all the words of encouragement. I will tell you something when my tinnitus started so that I could ask which of the remedy you would recommended.

My tinnitus started a week after I had a baby. I deliver a beautiful healthy baby on Dec 25, 2006. On Dec 30, 2006 I think I was poisoned in a food that almost take my life. Shortly after that I suffer from a severe headache, fatigue anxiety and worries. I also suffer what we called post partum depression. Also my immune system at that time was so low that my body was unable to fight off infection.

When I notice I have noise in my ear I also notice my gum pull away so first thing we go to the dentist. He said I need dental surgery because of my abscess tooth but only after I have full recovery from childbirth. So he prescribed me anti-biotic. I have also sore throat at that time and viral infection so we go to ear, nose, throat specialist. They said that I’m positive with strep and mono. So I have another anti-biotic.

During that time when my tinnitus started I was so stressed out and exhausted from strenous pushing and being a new mom and been depressed for quite some time and have infection on my post partum stage. Although our baby is healthy and beautiful I always felt sad that we call my father in law one time and we talked and I told him that I lose my joy. He’s trying to help me and my baby by sending me back to my native land Philippines. Being with my family over there help me a lot to overcome my stress, anxiety, worries and depression,

By this moment we are back here in Idaho still suffering my tinnitus and headache. So I decided to have my dental surgery here hoping my infection would go down But I noticed that the noise is getting more louder than before I have my dental surgery.

It bothers me so much that it make me searching for some cure over the internet. I search for noise in the ear then I understand the noise in the ear that won’t get better or go away is called tinnitus. I suffer my tinnitus for almost a year now. I’m so thankful I reached to your site with full of words of encouragement to tinnitus sufferer like me.

This is my whole story thanks for listening John. I appreciate your good advice and continued support. I want to start thr remedy. I will ask my husband to call one of these days.

God Bless and More Power to you.

Sincerely,
Richel
