Cure For Tinnitus Website – Be Wary of curefortinnitus

By John On July 23, 2008 Under Ringing In Ears, Tinnitus & Related Blogs, Tinnitus News, Tinnitus Questions, t-gone

Is CureForTinnitus Web Site A Scam

Normally it is not good business practice to talk about one’s competitors but I have been getting so many emails asking about this particular matter that I decided I need to check it out and report back to our readers.

The emails all referred to a web site curefortinnitus dot com which is marketing an ebook by Geoff Barker that offers you 11 proven tinnitus cures that work in less than 2 weeks…

tinnitus cures - geoff barkers scam tinnitus web site

Well, it sounded so wonderful that I just had to check it out and here are my findings:

In my opinion this site  curefortinnitus dot com is simply a site designed to milk tinnitus sufferers and it does a really good job of it.

  • I bought the book – it is 24 double spaced pages of large type that cost me $37.00!
  • A complete waste of my money and my time!
  • There is simply nothing of substance in the book to justify the cost.
  • I certainly could not find any of the proven tinnitus cures he speaks about at his website.

I decided to check some of the claims he makes at his web site against what is actually written in his book.

“I have put every Tinnitus remedy to the test and now the results are in… “ – If he has tested any remedies he is keeping those results a closely guarded secret – no results are even made mention of in the book!

“The best treatment for YOU (Get a personalized treatment on page 8)” - This sends you via an affiliate link to another web site that sells Brainwave audio products. This is the best tinnitus treatment for you? This is just to milk some more money out of tinnitus sufferers via his affiliate check.

“The fastest way to STOP the ringing noise (discover this at page 9)” – Absolutely nothing about stopping ear ringing noises quickly just a general description of tinnitus…

“Get the 6 secret recipes that can stop YOUR Tinnitus (Look at this breakthrough on page 15)” – Hard as I looked, I couldn’t find a breakthrough! Just some homeopathic ingredient information that are said to have some benefit to tinnitus sufferers. This same information is available at all of the T-Gone product pages and our product ingredient listing pages.

“Prevent Tinnitus the easy way (I bet you didn’t consider this every time you went to work! Live by the rules on page 17)” – Here are his rules “By far the most effective remedy is to lead a healthier lifestyle. As we mentioned before, paying close attention to diet and exercise, not smoking or drinking in excess, and simple lifestyle changes can do wonders for tinnitus.”

Maybe he read Ellen’s Free book on tinnitus which contains no fluff and is 120 pages long?

Proven remedies that can work for you. Choose from 11 Tinnitus remedies that you can perform yourself, right now in the office or at home. (Get hold of this priceless information on pages 18 – 24!) - Again this is just hype! I found no remedies to choose from…

And here are his remedies:

  • Diet And Exercise: This has already been stated, but a healthier lifestyle is a surefire way to reduce your symptoms over the long run.
  • Record A Soothing Sound: Many people notice that certain sounds help to alleviate the symptoms of their tinnitus, take running water for example. If you notice your tinnitus goes away when you’re taking a shower, record it and take it with you.
  • Reduce Stress: Stress can really cause your tinnitus to flare up. Take time to relax, take some deep breathes, and do something that you really enjoy and find relaxing.
  • Avoid Loud Noises: Again, common sense. But tinnitus can get worse over time. There is no reason to continue exposing yourself to loud noises and running the risk of aggravating your condition.
  • Chew Dried Fruit: Not only is chewing dried fruit healthy, but it can also help to stimulate vascular activity around the inner ear and reduce your symptoms overall.
  • Avoid Aspirin: Aspirin can be great as an antiinflammatory drug, but studies show that aspirin may also increase the symptoms of tinnitus. So if you need an antiinflammatory, try a different medication.

I actually only see six suggestions there, certainly no proven tinnitus cures as his hype suggests.

The sad thing is that this website is selling thousands of copies and each one of those people is left feeling totally ripped off.

And who can blame them.

I certainly felt ripped off and I was only doing some research!

There are literally hundreds of his affiliates selling this book all over the internet.

If you do a Google search for tinnitus or tinnitus cure and you will most likely come across at least 3 or 4 of his affiliates all trumpeting how his secret 11 tinnitus cures will cure your tinnitus in 2 weeks, or less!

Judging by the number of affiliates he has selling it, and the ClickBank blurb where he entices affiliates to promote this rubbish he is definitely out to make a killing!

Next I went along to ClickBank to see what he offers his affiliates.  Below is the exact text in Clickbank where you can signup as one of his affiliates:

Cure For Tinnitus – Help People Stop The Ringing In Their Ears. Conversions A Great With This Niche Product. Get In Early And Make A Killing.

  • I think that says it all for me, “GET IN QUICK AND MAKE A KILLING!”

  • I’ll indeed be asking for my money back…

There is more information about tinnitus and it’s causes on the front page of t-gone.com than in the whole of the 24 pages of this so-called book.

Below are some of his affiliate sites that sell his book which I found by doing a Google search for tinnitus.

It is just awful that there are so many sharks out there on the internet that are willing to prey on the vulnerable just to make a quick buck and in my mind,  paying $37 for 24 pages of general information that is readily available certainly qualifies as a bad deal.

The website also  claims:  “I tested these secret techniques on my 40 subjects who also had Tinnitus.
(My subjects were aged between 19 and 76, both male and female)

After 2 weeks I checked the results. Of the 40 subjects 32 reported that their Tinnitus symptoms had either stopped, or been drastically reduced, the other 8 reported a slight improvement stating that the ringing noises happen less frequently.”

The website is claiming to have tested every available remedy, and promises results by supplies none… It also reports an 80% success rate, i.e. 32 out of 40 subjects reported success, but when I read this so-called book (does 24 pages of double spacing qualify to be called a book?) I found no secrets remedies or techniques, merely some homeopathic ingredients said to help tinnitus which could be taken from Wikipedia or even from our ingredient listing page.

Please can you post your thoughts and perhaps also let me know about any other sites I should know about.

Thanks for this information. I believe that the trouble created by Tinnitus is good enough to attract unethical people to make business out of it.
I did not try the product you are suggesting based on the same septical approach. They are not so cheap either so one can trust your handling either. How do I trust you better than these people?

Dear Mr. John Currie,

Thank you very much for sharing this information and exposing a ruthless con.

Unfortunately, you might be one of the very few people who having bought the book, read the C**P in it complains and whats their money back. This is why the guy is getting away with daylight robbery.

Good luck in your attempt to recover your money but I can bet you the $37.00 you paid that you will not get it back.

Good on you though!!!!!

The following is based on my experience with tinnitus.

I have not read the referenced e-book. However, in my experience in working with tinnitus clients for the past 6 years, backed by now almost 15 years of experience of my mentor, none of the methods mentioned in this e-book are proven to cure tinnitus. There have probably been some anecdotal results, but not research based, double blind studies that have been published. “Proof” means evidence based and repeatable.

Unlike some better known disorders or diseases where big Pharma stands to benefit as long as there is no cure, very few research dollars, by comparison are being spent on a cure for tinnitus.

Most of the “cures” mentioned in the e-book would be more appropriate to offer as ways to assist in preventing tinnitus, if useful at all.

I have personally talked to people who have spent thousands of dollars on fake cures online and not one thing has worked. Help is out there, but you have to search for it. More often than not, these ads will lead you to aggravation and increased discomfort. There is no proven instant fix for tinnitus.

All the successful laboratory research in the world has yet to be repeated on a large scale with humans. You can give a rat tinnitus, reduce it or maybe even eliminate it. However, repeatability in humans is the only result that matters. Rats with tinnitus don’t lose their job because of depression, yell at their spouse or commit suicide; humans do.

How do I know all this? Because I had severe tinnitus and it is now gone 99% of the time. My tinnitus may never be totally gone forever, but I now live a very peaceful and enjoyable life with no discomfort from tinnitus.

Tinnitus management/recovery is not an event; it is a process. With relatively very little effort and an unwavering dedication to getting better, most people can recover from their tinnitus.

Wishing you good health.

July 23, 2008

I read your blog on the guy’s book and although not a “cure,” It seems to me at least SOME of the ideas he proffers can indeed help sufferers with relief and so may not be the complete waste of time/ripoff you say it is.

That said, he should NOT have used then the word “cure” but maybe simply “relief.” The fault may not be so much in the data but potential promise leading to false hopes.

Ray

July 23, 2008

How interesting that you researched this book for the rest of us, because it was one option that I did consider before I found your website. (they do a good job of attractive marketing) I really didn’t think a “book” was going to be the remedy, and too often these books only suggest other websites anyway. Glad to be informed. Thanks!

July 23, 2008

Hi John and other tinnitus hopefuls… meaning those like me, who suffer with tinnitus, are searching for relief and yes, even for a “cure”.

Thanks for sharing this blog and information about this 2-week cure. Like others who have written, I would never be fooled into spending my time nor my money on fluff-ball books or products. I can certainly read between the lines, even when I’m desperate!

I spent lots of hours researching all I could find about ear-ringing, the causes, types, symptoms, stressors, etc. I had tried many homepathic remedies before discovering
T-Gone Remedies earlier this year. My tinnitus was quite severe, I also experienced vertigo episodes and high anxiety occasionally. I felt desperate for something to work. Had ear candling and acupuncture, neither did a thing.
I’ve been using T-Gone remedies for about 4 months now and can say without hesitation that on most days, my ear-ringing/buzzing/humming has diminished by 95%. Sometimes, I just stand in the middle of my kitchen and listen to the stillness, it’s mind-boggling. I have had tinnitus for more than 30 years, although in the past 6-12 mo’s., it has become more acute.
Thank you, John for creating something that actually works.
I hear your concern, John, about the people who are getting duped by an ineffective product and I celebrate your need for integrity and making a contribution to the well-being of others.

July 23, 2008

Ari, My problem is not with the word “cure” per se, it is with the promises made at his website of 11 unique tinnitus remedies that will cure tinnitus in two weeks, also with the statement that they have tested every tinnitus remedy available and the results are in.

But the book doesn’t even mention any tinnitus remedy tests. I have no problem with the ideas he proffered except they are hardly proven tinnitus remedies as he claims.

The website is selling the book based on promises of a tinnitus cure, it is even in the name of the website. Nowhere on the website or in the book do they promise tinnitus relief.

You know John thankyou for being the guardian angel for all thoses poor sufferers out there who are trying to cure what is a terribly dibilitating problem. I myself am now at the stage of having a Gum guard fitted as the specialist and dental surgeon think that the meniscue around my jaw is possibly putting extra strain around the ear and couple this with the sinuses being bunged up all year round they are working on relieving the jaw apparently my overbite is quite pronounced (not that I can see it!) Im going with the flow at the moment but I am so happy to know that you are there in the background with an aid to relief of the tinnitus if all else fails. I did have swelling around the jaw but since I have been told about it I avoid things that require vigorous chewing and this has helped the inflammation quite a bit. The show goes on. ?
Thanks John

I, too, became aware of this website and, unfortunately, was suckered into it. I discovered this site when I was trying to devour as much information as I could get when I was first stricken with this condition. The information in it may have enlightened me to some extent (since I was so new to everything then) but in the end certainly didn’t serve to CURE me of this condition as it suggests. Oh well. I still believe in being proactive and not just sitting back and doing nothing about it.

Hi everyone. Tinnitus – I have had very severe tinnitus for over 40 years. I am 72 so that means for over half my life.I have been suicidal on many occasions.
I have in that time spent in the region of $10,000 NZ Dollars.
NOT one suposed remedy has worked. I have belonged to the NZ tinnitus ASS and have been a councellor for people with this problem-like armed defenders who were crying to me.
There is only one cure for tinnitus and if you wish to take this course of action you will be totally deaf in that ear.
The solution is to have the very fine nerve cut between the ear and the brain. It is this nerve that tells the brain that you have a noise in that ear. The one thing people have to take on board is that all the millions of minute hairs in the ear are damaged and collapse and they WILL not regenerate back to normal.

The doctors are very right in telling you that you have to learn to live with it and after 40years I still haven’t been able to do that.

The best cure is really up to you and to keep busy and to get out into the company of others and I do know that is not always easy.

At least- if you are calm -and I do take depression pills- and have done for years- it is not life threatning or a desease like a lot of people have out there.

WE are very lucky and should appreciate this.
On a happy note mine did go relativity quiet for aroud 4 years but came back worse than ever 7 years ago now and is continuous now. I don’t have trouble sleeping now as I have worked on that in my brain but the moment I wake it is there.
I go for 1 hours walk most mornings and it does take a couple of hours to settle.

Best of luck

I have had ringing in my ears for several years now and thought it was just another age thing. I have no idea what has caused it, I only know I have had it and lived with it for probably longer than I am aware. I do notice it gets much worse when I become anxious or excitable at a problem and I have found it helps me fall asleep if I have the TV or radio on; otherwise, I lay there hearing this ringing which of course seems to get louder as the time goes on. I am confused at what course of action I should take not knowing the exact cause of the problem. I have visited your website several times but can not decide just what I should try. Money is an issue for me also so I feel I need to be careful about what I try so as not to waste the money on the wrong product. Do you have any advise for me? I too commend you for researching this for us suffers. I have done that but only became more confused. I has become so difficult in todays world to trust anyone. Very sad!!!!!!!!

To whoever has tinnitus and has found relief with T-gone, can you describe how long you have had it, your age range, and the event that caused it. My event was very specific, repeated noise that felt hurtful, and the noise afterwards. This about one month ago. I was not aware of the damage it might cause, unfortunately. Only one ear is affected, the other one protected by ear wax, so said my primary care physician. Thank you for any info.

July 24, 2008

Its amazing that these products say they will do this, but do nothing other than take your money. They promise a cure, but only if you promise to continue to take their product forever………….., thats no cure!

Based on what I have read, T-gone is the best buy with a money back guarantee, anmd some people who have taken it no longer take it. That what I want, the relief of tinnitus without another daily pill to take every day.

Thanks for your honesty, now off to try your product!

As I have said in my statement(25) There is no cure for tinnitus. If there was that person would be on the worlds rich list by now.

Tinnitus has been around for centries now. I am on as I said antidepression drugs and have been for 40years but around 3 months ago now I heard about a herbal called Ignite. Now this has not got rid of my tinnitus but It has made me feel alive . It has helped me to experience a general sense of well being and also with stress and fitigue.
It has certainly help my brain to cope better.

If you look it up on the interent you may get a shock as to what it is designed to do but I can tell you putting sex aside it has been the only pill that has given me strengh to continue with my Tinnitus which after 40 years I now know you can not cure.
I can also sy that mine is so loud that I can hear it in a aircraft or on a surf beach even in the shower.
Tinnitus may inprove over time natrually like mine do but don’t get your hope up as like mine it came back worse than ever overnight with no warning.

It is sad that some people have no compassion for or no true realization or concern of what Tinnitus sufferers go through.

I am glad that this information has been exposed to consumers. As an author, researcher and Tinnitus sufferer visit thecaptainslady, I understand the emotional upheaval Tinnitus can cause in ones life.

I also understand the frustration of purchasing an e-book that offers nothing but half blank pages and mundane information.

Thank you for your undercover work. Good for you!

John,

I have been a sufferer of Noise ringing caused by working in a steel fabrication shop banging on steel with a sledge hammer ( extremely not good for the ears, w/no ear protection, 35 years ago). Lately, last two years, the ringing has intensified and I believe my lifestyle has diminished due to the uncomfortable and nerve racking annoyance in my ears. It has become increasingly harder to focus at work and social outings are a disaster and very annoying for those arround me, cause I keep asking “What did he/she say?”.

I’ve been on T-Gone for about two months now and have been listening to three (3) CD’s from Mind Aerobics to better my focus and STRESS relief caused from the RINGING. All in all, I DO have relief from the ringing. It has become bearable. I can actually say I hear conversations better. Some days for a short period, one hour maybe two or three hours I acutally don’t hear any ringing – SILENCE IS GOLDEN -. But alas, the ringing returns. I can honestly say, though, I am comfortable with my surroundings and myself, the ringing can now be put in the background and I move forward and enjoy my life.

Did T-Gone really help? Out of the many things I tried, T-Gone and the CD’s are the only things I done differently that has given me positive improvement in my condition. I have had this ear damage for 35 years now and until I find something better T-Gone is in my shopping basket.

By the way, riding in a commercial airliner is a killer in the ears – increased ringing- Thank heavens for noise reducing headsets.

This is my personal experience. Take it for what it’s worth to you. AND DO NOT GIVE UP. What works for one individual may not work for you.

Best of luck

Sad to say that i have been a victim of this website and i am glad that you have brought this to the attention of everybody who is suffering with Tinnitus.I am a new sufferer of 6 months and was desperate to find anything that would relieve the constant ringing in my ears. After trying some of the so called cures and buying some of the sugested remedies i can honestly say that there was no change in my condition.Do not buy this product, and like yourself John i will try to get a refund from this clickbank site that i paid by visa card or contact the card company.I must say to people who have doubts about t-gone at least read Ellens book even if you dont buy anything.I am trying a new 2 step Tinnitis Relief &Immune Boost Formular but it is to early to judge results.I have also been through the medical ENT procedures, acupunture, oesteotherapy with no conclusive improvement so why not try natural remedies. To those who say we are suckers to believe in any quick cures when you first become aware of this terrible intrusion into your life you become desperate to try anything to relieve these noises.I hope that this helps others when browsing this site.

Hi John

Just as well I saw that. I am shocked by it. As you know I’m setting up a UK site ‘Talk Tinnitus’ to share information. I have to pay to run it and am affiliating to you as the expert on homeopathic remedies.

Last week I came across one of those sites. It didn’t seem to offer much beyond my own research but I was thinking about it. I try equipment etc. out before I write about it and almost bought it! Thanks.

Hi John
I read your article with interest, thanks for the warning.

When I first got tinnitus this year, and before I was introduced to tgone, I purchased a book by Jack Fur called Tinnitus Secrets, what a waste of money.

They where just telling me common sense that at the time I should have known. They where also advertising sonatol which I purchased, which did no good.

Eventually, I came across the t gone site, and now my tinnitus is manageable, and if i ever start to get upset i play Ellens c.d. and I am soon back on track.
Thank you all at tgone for giving me my life back.
Love to you all Carol.

Graham:

“The solution is to have the very fine nerve cut between the ear and the brain.”

This has actually been proven NOT to work in cases where Tinnitus isn’t even caused by damaged cells. I have heard stories of people seeking this procedure in despair, only to find themselves deaf and still with loud noises.

I would probably never give this advice to anyone.

Hello all,

I’ve had tinnitus for 38 years. It can at times be quite loud. Imagine waking up and thinking the fire alarm went off. I can at times almost disappear entirely for a few days. It does reliably come back. And, it is in the end simply noise.

I think one of the keys to living with tinnitus is perspective. The latter lessens stress. For example: One of my closest friends has MS. It was diagnosed 21 years ago. Her form of the disease is slow/progressive. When we met she walked with a cane, was one of the happiest people I’ve ever known. She is now wheel chair bound, cannot feed herself, and is totally dependent on her saint of a husband and home care. Still, we go out and she manages to drink a nice glass of wine with a straw, and whisper to me when I kiss her goodbye, “I love you.” She’d kill to have tinnitus. It is after all just noise.

While having learned to accept tinnitus, I still do the following regularly and they may be a key to my frequent days of silence:

1. 30 minutes of Yoga daily
2. 2 miles of light running 3 to 4 days a week.
3. 3.5 hours of very vigorous tennis every week – 2 to 3 sessions.
4. Never eat red meat.
5. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables every day.
6. Eat yogurt once or twice a day.
7. Avoid sugar and salt as much as possible.
8. Listen to classical music daily.
9. Be attentive and as kind to everyone that you can.
10. Don’t worry about your tinnitus.

Kindest regards,
William

I laughed when I found the “Banish Tinnitus” site. It reminded me of those full page adverts you find at the back of tabloid newspapers selling everything from snake oil pain cures to double glazing. As a sufferer of fifteen years, if I found a cure that actually worked I’d share the information for nothing. Who would want to profit from this maddening condition?

There is hope though. Thanks to the legions of youngsters listening to their mp3 players at deafening volumes, the research funding is increasing as a result of the number of under twenty five year olds presenting with the onset of tinnitus and premature deafness.

The most likely treatment will be some form of Novocaine of Lignocaine derivative. It has long been known that either one of these antiarrhythmic drugs injected into the inner ear can stop the ringing for short periods. Just as the effect wares off from being administered at the dentist the same goes for the relieving effect from tinnitus. Another problem is both of these drugs are heart stimulants and prolonged use can lead to heart failure.

There will be no cure in the next five to ten years, but there is more research and understanding of the mechanisms behind the condition, and a drug based cure looks like the most likely true treatment. Forget about a cure though. And any kind of restorative surgery is many, many tens of years away if ever. All of the other gadgets and gizmos on the market are only variations of known diversionary noise masking devices you can get for free or at very low cost from most health authorities.

^ Cutting the auditory nerve (eight nerve section) is indeed a last resort measure and rarely works. You can end up deaf and still have tinnitus. A functional MRI scan can give an indication of where the ringing is emanating from but is still a nascent science. If it is internal cochlear damage there is a chance it will help. If it is externally sourced from scull fissure or maxillo facial/brain disorder it won’t. The procedure itself can make it worse if not done properly.

Thank you for stopping me ordering the medication offered on other sites, but how do I get T-Gone because I live in the Philippines and it is not sold here. Can you give me a shipping price of three bottles of T-Gone from the States to the Philippines.
Cheers, Colin

There is no cure for tinnitus, period. If there were, there would not be millions upon millions of people experiencing it. No pill will cure it to date. The only people benefiting from these pills are the ones lining their pockets with your hard earned cash. There are methods on how to cope better with tinnitus, but a complete cure using pills is pure bogus. Don’t be a victim and psychologically get further down the dumps thinking otherwise. Tinnitus is not THAT bad, and you could be a lot worse off…You can learn to live with it, and before you know it you will hardly notice it. You will if YOU let it though.
So Cheer up! Your OWN thoughts make your OWN feelings. I refuse to let tinnitus affect my mood, thoughts or feelings. In fact, tinnitus has opened up many more doors for me. I have a renewed take on life and I am more open and kind, I read more, live life more , go out and do more things etc etc.
In a way I am glad I got it. In some countries tinnitus is taken as a sign of wisdom. I can see why. It has opened up my eyes and I see the world and my life differently now. And yes, for the better….

You have to be kidding me, “She’d kill to have tinnitus. It is after all just noise.”
Take that same happy person with MS and see how long they remain happy
with constant screaming in both ears. Saying it is just noise is like saying a head on collision is a fender bender. If you can deal with your tinnitus
without it affecting your life, you definitely don’t have high intensity tinnitus.

I have had tinnitus in both ears since I was a child. I am 52.
It was caused by intense loud banging of steel on steel by the
trip hammer my father pounded out plow lays on in our garage.
I remember standing behind him watching him work when I was perhaps 4 or 5 years old. People back then didn’t think about
such trivial things as hearing protection.

Yes I have contemplated ending my life because of this sometimes
even phyically painful condition. I have a very understanding woman who
inspires me to keep going through the torture. In grade school, other kids
in the back of the classroom laughed when they could hear signals from my earphones that I could not as I was being giving a hearing test at the
front of the room.

I have never been able to keep a full time job, for more than 3 years.
I cannot concentrate for a long enough period to hold a regular job
so I take part time work where I can.
Because of tinnitus and some other health problems, I make very little money.
Outings that involve large gatherings of people with background noise
are not enjoyable as I can’t carry on conversations. What? or pardon me are
probably my most spoken words.

I don’t mean to diminish the suffering of anyone from any disease.
I try to keep an optimistic attitude, I believe the Lord only gives us the
tests we need to take and pass.
I also think you are being naive if you think this condition in it’s severest
form can simply be dealt with by cheering up because it is just noise!

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this website and blog. Your comments, everyone, have been most helpful. I didn\’t bite on the curefortinnitus website, but i did buy a regimen of snake oil! I used all the capsules (several bottles worth), and there was no change whatsoever.

I heard from an ear doctor\’s aide the other day that research and pilot studies are being done on a sound therapy to be applied daily that conforms to the wave length of the patient\’s precise tinittus. She said that there are good results after one year of applying this synchronous sound recipe. Has anyone heard of this research, and, if so, what have been the results?

Hi i’ve had Tinnitus since around my 17th Birthday, im now 20.
It randomly kicked in one night while i was trying to go to sleep.
I went to a couple of doctors and several ear specialists, but got the regular answer, “you may have to live with it”. For the last 3 years it has been reasonably quiet and i have been able to mask the Tinnitus with a Radio or its sounds to get good sleep, and hardly notice it during the Daytime while at work.
I’m a shelf stacker at woolworths/countdown at the moment, i figure that is a quiet, simple and low stress job to have meanwhile and i will probably continue doing that job until i get Releif or get my Tinnitus back under control. I do want to study next year to become a Radiographer perhaps.

But the Last couple of months my Tinnitus sounds have increased in volume and i am aware of it during the daytime more so now, it also has started causing me sleep issues.

But i am going to Ring T-gone and Find out what remedies or solutions you guys can give me as it has given me hope in all my Searching.
I am hoping and praying for the best and fully believe there is releif available.

I am guessing my Tinnitus was caused either from a loud as hell rock concert i went to when i was 14 or 15… and most likely the woodwork classes i was in until the time i left school at 17, quite often we wouldn’t be given notice if someone started up a machine and the noise was quite loud. My guess is i have Cochlea damage now. But i thought from what i’ve been reading that it normally doesn’t kick in and flare up until we get a little bit older etc?

Anyway it has given me a bit of respect for other people with illnesses and has made me a nicer person overall as i see things from a different perspective. Thanks heaps for the information on Tinnitus John and Ellen :)

Hello,
I’ve had tinnitus for 10 years. I also want to know if anyone has downloaded the book called ‘Banish Tinnitus”. It is also $37.00 . Also, has anyone heard of CD’s with ‘pink noise’ on them to help.

I have also downloaded this piece of rubbish and found it to be worthless, and a complete rip off, i suffer badly from tinnitus and have sought all kinds of treatment without success, so these people use this fact to sell you rubbish as you are vulnerable. However i had paid by credit card and i cancelled the payment, the credit card company supported me in this endeavour. Maybe other people who get wripped off can do the same.

As a matter of fact the company that does the transaction is called Clickbank and they will immediately refund you so there is no need to even contact your credit card company.
