Damaged Ear

There are various causes of tinnitus, the most common of which is a damaged ear. Different factors damage our ears. It could be the kind of work that we have, the way we spend our leisure time, or the procedures that we have been under.

Repeated exposure to loud noises is the topmost reason why we experience some ear problems. It could be that we spend too many hours listening to our MP3 players set to a high volume or we work in a very noisy environment without wearing ear protection devices. Or, it could be that we have undergone procedures like ear candling, ear wax removal, and dental or head surgery.

Let us do the best we can to preserve the health of our ears. Tinnitus, for instance, is one of the effects of not taking good care of our ears, and this condition has further serious effects. Most of all, we do not want to lose our sense of hearing, do we?
