Natural Healing Tinnitus

By julius On October 22, 2008 Under Tinnitus News

Tinnitus is the perception of sound in the ear without an external source.  The perceived sounds are usually described as humming, hissing, roaring, whooshing sound. All these sounds generated in the ear are considered NOISE. It’s annoying and irritating the sometimes hold back the person from enjoying the normal activities he does. There are also tendencies that tinnitus sufferer will be absent from work because the ringing is awfully loud and out of control. Usually tinnitus attacks are on varied episodes and disappear naturally and some occasion, tinnitus stays forever.  Everybody must be health conscious to keep away from having the same disorder.  Symptoms of tinnitus are often associated with pain in the ear, headache, and a sense of fullness in the ear.

Everyone can be affected by tinnitus. The most common cause of tinnitus today is prolonged exposure to loud noise. Teenagers and the young who are fond of listening to mp3 music have the most number of tinnitus. Portable media players are everywhere. You can have your own music compilation from its built-in storage and play it anytime.  Sometimes we tend to raise the bar of playing the music too loud without thinking of the s side effects of such. I have a friend who works as a deejay in a club. He spends much of his time playing music making the people grind to beat till they drop.  Few years after, he noticed that he’s starting to go deaf. A suspected cochlear damage causes the symptoms.

Tinnitus can be treated in number of ways and along with these are natural treatments and remedies. Natural healing tinnitus is proven effective without side effects unlike using prescription medicines.  Salty foods, alcohol, and coffee must also be avoided as it aggravates the symptom of tinnitus.  It is also recommended that tinnitus sufferer must avoid stressful activities, get enough sleep, diet and cardiovascular activities which play a very important role for tinnitus treatment.
