I have always had issues with ear wax and have used your remedy of using a tiny bit of olive oil. I never connected stress to the tinnitus but now that makes sense because it is so random…have to give more attention to it next time.
Identifying the Causes of Ringing in Ears
Tinnitus is an ear condition that is characterized by a constant sound in the ear without any real external source that could have caused the sound. These sounds may be in the form of a ringing, clicking, buzzing, chirping or roaring noise. This ear condition is often referred to as ringing in the ears. Furthermore, it is not a disease itself but rather a symptom of underlying medical condition. The causes of ringing in ears range from ordinary diseases that can be easily given a remedy to diseases that are a bit severe that would need a more serious medical attention.
Unfortunately, medical professionals are still looking for the exact cure to clear Tinnitus. You may be able to find different kinds of remedies but most of them are aimed to improve the condition rather than to eradicate it. The remedies that you may find will have to lessen the pain and minimize the intensity of the sound that normally comes with Tinnitus. It makes it very important to consult your physician when you feel like you have Tinnitus. You will have to find out what kind of disease causes your Tinnitus for it to be given the right treatment. With a proper diagnosis, you will know the right actions to take not only to get rid of that particular disease but to eliminate Tinnitus as well.
Some of the causes of ringing in ears are hearing loss and Meniere’s Disease. Hearing loss is an ear condition that can be brought about by aging or by an exposure to loud levels of sound and this is manifested by a sudden or gradual loss of hearing. Meniere’s Disease on the other hand is an inner ear disorder that often bring about vertigo, Tinnitus and hearing loss. Noise is a common denominator of these two ear diseases. What we need to understand is that noises can harm our ears. So, as much as possible, we should try not to subject ourselves to loud noises. If it is impossible for us to do, then we should make sure to wear the most appropriate ear protection available for us to use.
Aside from that, stress is also one of the causes of constant ear ringing. Although stress is normal reflex, too much of it is harmful. It does not only affect vital organs like the heart but it can also bring damage to your ears. That is why it is important to maintain a positive attitude and outlook towards life despite the difficulties that we may experience. Moreover, ear infection and hypertension can also lead to Tinnitus. Thus, it is very important for us to stay as healthy as we can be. We should always try to eat the kinds of foods that can make and keep our body healthy, avoid habits like smoking or drinking alcohol and do a right amount of exercise.
