Natural Help With Vertigo

Stopping by to say HELLO. I have had vertigo for 1 & a half years. It started off like this. It also took too long to get a doctors appointment. It then turned into ear infections. I was put on a medication last year called “SERC”. It has worked so well since. The problem was water build up in the canals. I do daily exercises if the vertigo starts to return, which at times it does, but very lightly. The exercise can be done at home.

After a year of intense suffering and hanging on to the edge of my bed…I will share it with you…

In hopes someone finds it helpful:

Sit comfortable on hardwood chair. Close eyes.

STEP 1: Make up & down motions with head 10 times. Open eyes then close. Repeat this 5 times. Opening after each set of 10.
*You will most likely hear crackling or noises in your ears. Do not let this discourage you. It’s normal.

STEP 2: Now, make said to side motions, (an exaggerated NO!) ..In sets of 10 also..opening eyes after each set of 10..Repeat this also 5 times.

Step 3: Stand with back to wall. Place a chair in  front of you, back facing you. Take 1 step towards back of chair. Not too close. Just to know it is there.
Feet together. Now close eyes and count how long you keep  this balance.

If you feel dizzy or weak or unsteady, stop at once, and open eyes.

This exercise after Step 1 & Step 2 will actually improve with time.

  • Don’t feel upset if it only lasts 5 or 10 seconds.
  • This is normal for what you are going through.

*REPEAT this process 5 times daily…YES, 5 TIMES 

A commited regimen will result in better and faster results~ Believe me! I have personally seen this work. This document is my proof and I’m sharing it with you, in hopes it will spare you weeks, or months of having to wait for a doctor or physiotherapy to cure it.

But it’s just a helpful suggestion. You may also need a medication such as “SERC” or an anti-vertgo remedy as well.
