TINNITUS CURE

Tinnitus could b defined as a constant ringing sound or varieties of noises within the ear. Tinnitus as such, is not known to obstruct our daily activities, but it can undoubtedly come in he way of our smooth functioning and mental orientation.

Studies reveal that there is no tested and tried cure to tinnitus, but understanding the causes of tinnitus will contribute to minimize the sufferings. Patients suffering from tinnitus always complain of a constant ringing sound or noises in the ears, which can come in the way of normal hearing and sometimes lead to hearing impairment too. The main causes of tinnitus could be short listed to ear infection, aging and occupation. Neglect of our body hygiene can lead to wax build-up in the ears. Ear waxes are nothing but the body’s way of accumulating unwanted substances like dust, dead cells, and microbes which the body throws it by itself. If such wax-build up goes beyond a limit and reaches the middle portion of the ear, it can sometimes lead to ear infection, which could lead to tinnitus. As we age, we are prone to high blood pressure. As the pressure goes up in the blood vessels , they are likely to affected the organs surrounding them. If our ears cannot take that pressure, we may be prone to tinnitus. Similarly, if we are sluggish and lead a sedentary life, our blood circulation suffers and with the blood supply to various organs are reduced, rendering them weak. If adequate amount of blood supply is not reaching the ears, we may be prone to tinnitus.

Employees or workers who have to constantly work in such areas or involved in such activities where they are exposed to high decibels of noise, which is more than the prescribed limit, they may be potential victims of tinnitus. Listening to music at high volumes will lead to tinnitus.
