How to Order T-Gone In Australia

Dear John,

I have stopped using T-Gone three years ago when I was going through a family drama. Since then my tinnitus (and Meniere) have gone worse; I am getting occasional ringing in what used to be my healthy ear (on the other one I lost 50% of hearing and I am now waring a hearing device). So, I am ready to try it again. Please, tell me what was the way to order T-Gone to be shipped to Australia.
