My tinnitus come on in both ears suddenly on the same day

Hi John, here is a good one for you to post to your readers

My tinnitus come on in both ears suddenly on the same day, had a head cold at the time. Worst of the two ears is the one with the high freg hearing loss (right). My left ear has a super high pitch ring that almost sounds like static.

This ear has never had a problem and after my hearing test, revealed prefect normal hearing ranges. Here is the interesting part, when I twist my neck or put pressure on the front or sides of my head, the ringing volume goes up about 5 levels.

If I cup my hands under my chin and back of head and lift, the ringing stops, also if I extend my lower jaw forward the ringing stops. Even if I twist my head and raise the volume, as soon as I push the jaw forward, even when twisted it stops. If I twist my head when under traction pulling up, no ringing.

My very hard headed ENT stated it was just a blood supply issue and wrote it off. I think this has more meaning and is a bio-mechanical issue.

Please circulate, I have to believe that others have experienced this same event.
