A federal court has issued a second ruling in favor of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 2957, and three retired employees who sued the city of Benton after the Benton City Council voted to discontinue medical retirement benefits promised to employees and also voted to reduce benefits included in a contract.Save to My Web
