Does the Neti pot to stick the nose help sinus pressure?
My brother suggested using a Neti pot when I complained of severe sinus pressure. From what I understand is essentially a teapot and poured a solution into the nose and output of the other side of the nose and sinuses drain. Does this work? Have you used any? Can it feel better?
I can not manage a pot Neti, but this.My husband uses this to avoid bronchitis, When you get a sinus infection, and I used to cure infections sinuses.
