Welcome to episode no 2 of Ellen’s Tinnitus Minute…

Firstly thank you for the wonderful response and feedback from the first video we really appreciate your comments. If you would like to get your questions answered in future episodes please post them in the comments section below.

Here is a really nice tinnitus case study from Denise:

>>>>>>>>

Dear Ellen and John,

I’ve been meaning to write for awhile now because I am one of your success stories and I know when I started with T-Gone, how important it was for me to see success. I frantically tried everything 4 years ago when the problem started. Although it
would come and go on any given day, it was a source of great distress.

In February 2009, I started taking Type 7 T-Gone because I was sure I had developed the ringing from an overload of stress gone unchecked. I periodically called Ellen and her kind encouragement to keep going was invaluable.
I notice some sound when I wake-up in the morning (I’m not sure why), but when I get moving, it goes away.

One year later, I can honestly say that the noise is 90% better. It is pretty much a non-issue. (and it had been the ONLY issue for a long time!)

I still take T-Gone because I’m aiming for 100%. But for anyone just starting who needs hope….It worked for me.
Ellen’s experience is my experience, too.

I feel free again, not ruled but the depressing limitation of tinnitus.

If I would say one thing to someone just starting on T-Gone, it would be – BE PATIENT.

The body is designed to heal, but give it a chance.

Thank you Ellen and John for the heartfelt work you are doing and the product you are providing.

Denise W.

>>>>>

Remember to post your stories and questions below and we will do our best to answer them in future episodes…

When it comes to finding ways to treat your tinnitus, one of the most important things you can ever do is to learn is what tinnitus actually is. Only once you have a good understanding of what tinnitus is can prepare yourself to control it and lessen your symptoms of tinnitus.

By definition, tinnitus is a noise that originates in the ear instead of from the outside environment.

In 99% of cases only the person who is suffering from the tinnitus can hear these noises.

Tinnitus can be present in both ears or just in one ear. While tinnitus is commonly described as a ringing in the ear, there are also other sounds that can be heard such as:

Humming

Buzzing

Hissing

Swishing

Running water

Whistling and more

Question #1: How to prevent Tinnitus ?

A: It can be very difficult to prevent tinnitus as there are so many things that can cause damage but one needs to be aware that the ears and inner ear structure are extremely delicate and sensitive therefore one has to take as much precaution as possible to avoid unnecessary exposure to loud noise, alleviate stress and generally to live a moderately healthy life.

Question #2: Why are tinnitus noises heard only by me inside my heard while anybody outside cant hear and so cant help?

A: It is important to note that the noise heard by the person suffering from tinnitus originates from inside the ear or the brain (as with stress induced tinnitus) and not from the environment that is why others cannot hear this noise.

Question #3: Will stress-related tinnitus go when the stress goes?

A: Often with stress induced tinnitus if one manages to eradicate the stress it can substantially reduce the volume of tinnitus but not necessarily eliminate or eradicate the tinnitus.

OK well that’s all we have time for this week BUT remember please leave your comments and post your thoughts below…
