Tinnitus is not THAT bad, and you could be a lot worse off...You can learn to live with it, and before you know it you will hardly notice it. You will if YOU let it though. So Cheer up! Your OWN thoughts make your OWN feelings. I refuse to let tinnitus affect my mood, thoughts or feelings. In fact, tinnitus has opened up many more doors for me. In some countries tinnitus is taken as a sign of wisdom. I can see why. It has opened up my eyes and I see the world and my life differently now. And yes, for the better....
